Warranty Policy

At LEDS Ireland, we stand behind the quality of our LED bulbs, lighting kits, and automotive lighting accessories. All products purchased from our store include a 6‑month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is designed to protect you against defects that occur despite normal, intended use.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to products that fail due to issues originating from manufacturing or materials. Covered issues include:

• Manufacturing defects present at the time of production

• Faulty internal components or poor workmanship

• Product failure occurring during normal, recommended use

If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and in accordance with Irish consumer law.

Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to damage or faults caused by factors outside of manufacturing defects. Excluded situations include:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation or use outside the product’s specifications

• Physical damage, impact damage, water ingress, or signs of misuse

• Normal wear and tear from regular use

• Products that have been opened, modified, altered, or used with incompatible vehicles or electrical systems

• Damage caused by external electrical faults (e.g., wiring issues, voltage spikes)

Products returned with signs of tampering or modification may be deemed ineligible for warranty support.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with the following:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos or videos showing the fault (if possible)

In some cases, we may request that the product be returned for inspection. Once assessed, we will determine the appropriate remedy—repair, replacement, or refund—based on the confirmed fault.

Important Information

• Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser.

• Replacement items do not reset or extend the original warranty period.

• Warranty claims must relate to products used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and intended purpose.

Your Statutory Rights

This warranty operates in addition to your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer protection legislation. Your legal rights remain fully intact and are not affected by this policy.
